Gangdong-gu (mayor, Lee Jung hun, head of the district office), will run a forest healing program on the healing forest road created on Ilja Mountain with a forest healing instructor from April.
Recently, people's interest in forest experience has been increasing as a way to relieve stress, and in Ilja6 Mountain in Gangdong-gu, you can experience mental health programs that can feel, meditate, and enhance human immunity.
The forest healing program is operated every Tuesday to Saturday from April to November, and participation is free. It consists of regular programs and special programs customized for various subjects such as the elderly, housewives, chronically ill patients, and the disabled.
The regular program "Forest Giving Thanks" will provide a healing experience in the forest, including stress relief, tea drinking, and meditation through five-sensory experiences, and the special program will be operated with ▲ forest that provides rest for menopause ▲ A forest that encourages friends and co-workers to harmonize. ▲ Target Syndrome Prevention Program.
An official from the district said, "We will be able to regain vitality by healing our bodies and minds from stress in daily life on the Iljasan Healing Forest Road, a forest in the city that anyone can access for a walk," adding, "We hope residents will pay a lot of attention and participate in the forest healing program."
