You've all heard of an artist named Vincent van Gogh. Vincent van Gogh, a French painter from the Netherlands, presented his work in dark colors featuring miserable themes. It was influenced by the Impressionist, the Neo-Impressionist, in Paris from 1886 to 1888. Vincent van Gogh's main works include Sunflower, Arr's Bedroom, and Portrait of Doctor Gachet. The reason I started writing with Vincent Van Gogh's story is because Gangdong-gu is recruiting participants for "Vincent Van Gogh who entered the concert hall." Vincent Van Gogh, who entered the concert hall, is a resident participation program of the Gangdong Cultural Foundation. This program is a cultural and artistic program that focuses on appreciating works. Art appreciation education, such as learning about works and introducing stage skills, is organized in various forms. All Gangdong-gu residents interested in art appreciation can participate in this program for free. The target audience is adults and a total of 40 people are recruited. The 1st class consists of Thursday and the 2nd class consists of Saturday. The place where the program takes place is Gangdong Art Center. The program, which consists of a total of four sessions, ends with orientation in the first session, exploration of writer's notes in the second session, introduction of stage techniques used in performances in the third session, and meetings with the cast in the fourth session. The instructors who run the program each time are different. Through the program, you can listen to the hidden stories of the "Vincent van Gogh" musical and even see the stage techniques used in the performance. Also, at the end, we will watch the musical 'Vincent van Gogh' at Chungmu Art Center. The application period is from May 2nd to May 20th, 2022, but it can be closed early on a first-come, first-served basis. You can apply on the Gangdong Cultural Foundation website.
