Subject Gangdong-gu, Holding ‘Gangdong Children’s Fun Festival’ on the 6th

Gangdong-gu (mayor Lee Jung hun) announced on the 5th that ‘Gangdong Children’s Fun Festival’ will be held in the open courtyard of Gangdong-gu Office on the 6th.

According to Gangdong-gu, "This festival will include various performance stages and lots of children games, with the hope that they will overcome the covid 19 crisis wisely and return to a daily life in the period of ‘With Corona’.”

In accordance with the covid 19 guidelines, the district will hold the festival by dividing it into two sections, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:50 p.m.
The number of people in each section will be limited to 99, including families with infants and toddlers living in Gangdong-gu (up to 4 people per family).

Along with the festival slogan of ‘Make Go! Look Go! Fun Go!’, the district prepared programs that the whole family can experience and enjoy together.
Various programs such as Family Musical ‘Red Riding Hood’, Balloon Artist Magic Show, Bubble Concert, Decorating Family’s Secret Hideout will be provided.

All festival programs will be broadcast live on the Gangdong Children's Center YouTube Channel, and participation events such as quiz contest will be also held.
You can apply for the on-site program through the Gangdong Children's Center website only by pre-registration, and online participation is possible without any application.

Gangdong-gu mayor Lee Jung hun said, "Expecting for With Corona period, we prepared this family fun festival so that children in Gangdong can have fun. I hope that this festival will be a hope for the whole family to overcome Covid 19 and move forward.”
