Gangdong-gu, Seoul, said on the 25th that it will hold a "Godeokcheon River Ecological Experience Program" every Sunday at 2 p.m. from July to November, where visitors can meet various creatures in season while listening to stories about rivers in Godeokcheon.

Godeokcheon Stream is a local stream that passes through Sangil-dong, Gangil-dong, and Godeok-dong in Gangdong-gu. Walkways and bicycle paths are established, and various trees and flowers are planted, making them popular as a resting place for residents.

This program is designed to provide residents tired of covid 19 with knowledge of natural ecology as well as healing through experiences such as river life observation.

The lecture will be given by a natural environment commentator. Monthly △ July's "Insect Story" △ August's "Singer in the Forest" △ September's "A Grassworm Crying in Autumn" △ October's "Travel of Seeds" △ November's "Preparation for Winter of Animals and Plants."

All residents can participate in the Godeokcheon River Ecology Experience Program. Residents who wish to participate free of charge may book online on the Seoul Metropolitan Government Public Reservation website.
