The target of support is those who have been giving regular lectures at the self-government hall for more than three months since November 2019, but among the lecturers who are currently on a suspension of classes, due to the closure and reduction of the self-government hall due to the coronavirus situation, resident registration is in Gangdong-gu as of May 1st.
