It has been reorganized into the “Future Education Innovation Center”. Gangdong-gu established a self-directed learning support center for the first time in an autonomous district from 2010 to before organizational reorganization, providing diverse knowledge and experiences so that students can grow into core talents with creativity and confidence in a changing educational environment. In fact, it has been striving to become a mecca of self-directed education. Last year, in a situation where Corona 19 is prevalent and face-to-face classes are difficult, we preemptively prevent educational gaps from occurring even in the situation of Corona 19 through Gangdong e-studio construction, high school e-cloud operation, and smart campus pilot project using digital infrastructure We developed a friendly response. In line with the rapidly changing educational paradigm, Gangdong-gu changed the name of the self-directed learning support center to 'Gangdong-gu Future Education Innovation Center' in March and promoted the 'Gangdong 2030 Future Talent Training Project' to help important members of the future society. It is planning to establish a customized educational support system for elementary, middle, and high school students. The Gangdong-gu Future Education Innovation Center plans to make more efforts to revitalize the smart education platform by operating the middle school e-cloud, expanding the smart campus, and establishing an integrated portal for future education. It will also support the curriculum for fostering future talents using smart education technology (Edu-tech) and expand the educational infrastructure by establishing a cooperation system between regions and schools. mayor Lee Jung hun said, “Through the Future Education Innovation Center, we will promote various projects with the aim of balanced support between universal educational welfare and leading future education so that students living in the era of the 4th industrial revolution can grow into healthy members of the future society.” |
