Lee said he wanted to make Gangdong-gu a green city in the long run. "The green area of Gangdong-gu is environmentally excellent, with 44 percent of the green area," he said. "We have to take green cities as our vision and develop them. In January last year, he set up "Green Energy Department" in the district and is focusing on projects related to smart situations and green energy. In addition, he plans to create a dementia family support center within this year. "It's hard for families with dementia patients to go on a day trip, let alone a vacation," he said. "We want to create a short-term protection facility for dementia patients for a day or two so that they can rest for a while." It also applied for special grants to the government to create two e-sports game venues. Meanwhile, Lee is also famous for communicating directly with residents in the Internet community. "We are joining 17 apartment communities in Gangdong-gu and communicating directly to get closer to the new residents," he said.
