What I want to introduce to you today is a garden-type farm built beside the river. This garden is called a 'shared farm.' The Shared farm boasts a beautiful view in harmony with the waterfront environment of the Han River, and is 80 square meters per account and provides individual coffeehouses and outdoor tables. There will be no place to heal like this in the city center. It is a place that is loved by residents as the competition rate for applications for apartments in 2021 was 35 to 1. Currently, five new accounts will be created this year to make the garden available to more people, and three will be used as a shared farm for another three families, while the other two will be operated as a one-day experience garden for many people to experience. Share Farm will receive applications for participation from the Gangdong-gu Urban Agricultural Portal site and draw a lottery from March 29 to Tuesday, March 30. The One Day Experience Garden will also be operated on a reservation system from May so that it can be booked in advance and used for a day before visiting the desired date.
