As it's May, the month of household, Gangdong Office Ward is having a ‘Da-happy festival’ for the youth on May, 12th, Saturday. 'Da' means 'many' in Chinese character as well as represents 'all' in the same pronunciation in Korean. It will be at from noon to 5 p.m, at Ilza mountain lawn square. Intended participants are every teenager in Gangdong register and other register, who came to join the festival. Ward office is estimating almost 1,000 some teenagers would visit. At the festival, participants can join and enjoy numerous programs like writing and drawing competition, club presentation, food zone, and event booths. Especially the writing and drawing competition is going to be the 25th competition since which has been hosted by Gandgdong office ward. Participants can choose their sphere to join ; writing for verse and prose, drawing for watercolor and crayons. If you want to take part in, pre-register or register that day is necessary. Anybody who would pre-register, fill up the application which is offered on the ward office website, and submit to e-mail(20090223663@gd.go.kr). And others who would register that day can register on that day at the administrating booth, from the noon. You have to prepare materials for drawing and writing, but the paper will be offered. In 2017, the same Da-happy festival was held on May, 13th, Saturday, and was finished successfully with supportive responses from the participants. The weather on festival day is predicted to be warm and friendly. It would be great experience to enjoy various programs with their friends and future-friends. |
