Gangdong-gu(Mayor Lee Hae-sik) plans to hold a "MoiGO! NolGO! UsGO! Gangdong Children's Festival" at Design Street in Kangdong-gu Office and Kangdong Children's Hall on May 5th and recruit family to participate in the "Indoor Playground Program" and "Our Family Showcase". This festival will run 23 indoor and outdoor programs (19 outdoors, 4 indoor) with the theme of 'Nature', 'Health' and 'Safety' On the 10th anniversary of Healthy Cities in Korea. At the Gangdong Children's Center Indoor Playground, you can enjoy a variety of five-sensory play through the 'Exciting Jungle Expedition' and 'Spring Meetings of Animals and Plants', making a family cooking experience 'lettering cake' that writes words that you want to say to your loved ones on the cake. In addition, a special family musical 'Peter Pan' is screened at the Ainuri Hall on the 3rd floor Gangdong Children's Hall and you can visit the heavenly gardens where you can observe the foliage buds and flowers on the rooftop. Also, families who want to show off their songs, dances, etc. in their family talent show will be recruited for 30 days. The city official said, "The festival will be an exciting and healthy play program for children to grow healthy and safe, and it will be an opportunity for parents to remind them that play is a necessary activity for a happy family."
