Problems such as the conflicts between tenants, and the problems of charging for housing defects are common in daily life. However, there are many cases in which people miss the right time to solve problems and suffer psychological damage or even financial damage due to failure to find a suitable counselor.

Gangdong District Office (director Lee Hae-sik) will implement the " Certified Broker of Our Town " system starting April 2 to ease such inconvenience caused by residents. A local real estate expert will support free counseling with a gift donation.

The county picked seven veteran agents on March 9 after holding a meeting with the recommendation from the Korea Authorized Broker Association. Most of them have more than a decade of experience, and each has a brokerage office in Seongnae-dong, Cheonho-dong, Dunchon-dong, and Amsa-dong.

If you need real estate counseling in your daily life, you can visit a local authorized broker. If it is a minor issue, counseling using phone or text messages is also possible.

It also provides free brokerage services for the low-income bracket as well as functions as a general real estate consulting center, such as real estate transactions and lending conditions.
If legal advice such as legal advice is required after consulting or there is a possibility of a dispute, the center will also link the legal home doctor and the Korea Legal Service Corporation.

Gangdong-gu said, "The new system will be implemented by the entire East Asian community next year so that residents can easily find a clue to solve the problem when they need it, ". We will continue to work together jointly with the public for the convenience of residents
