The Godeok Commercial Complex complex is currently under construction and is under construction. Construction will begin in late 2018 and each company will start building in 2020. If the complex is completed, it will have an economic effect of 9.5 trillion won and a job creation effect of 38,000 people. If an engineering complex is established, it will be expected to generate an economic stimulus of about KRW 1.5 trillion and an employment inducement effect of about 6,700, and it will be synergistic in connection with the same kind of industrial complex located on the opposite side.
