As the construction for the Cheonho 3-dong second public parking lot and the Cheonho library is completed, Gangdong-gu (Head Chief Lee Hae-Shik), is going to hold an opening ceremony for the completion on 19 (Thrusday), 4 p.m. on the first floor of the parking lot (Seong-Ahn road 31 Ma-Gil 1) and start running. 200 people, including the Head Chief, members of the legislative body, and residents will participate in this opening ceremony. The ceremony will be held in the order of pre-ceremony performances, celebration performances, introducing guests, a report on proceedings, awarding appreciation plaques, words of greetings, and watching the facilities. Cheonho 3-dong is a place where houses are concentrated, so there were lack of parking spaces. So, requests regaring the expansion of public parking lots were always brought up. The Cheong 3-dong second parking lot that is completed, is a building-type parking lot from B3 to 1st floor, and can hold up to 199 cars. In the parking lot there are consideration parking spaces for pregnant woman, children, the disabled, and other residents that need social consideration to use the parking lot safely and conveniently. The parking fee will be 150 won per 5 minutes, and monthly parking fees will be in daytime (9:00 a.m.~7:00 p.m) 50000 won, and night time (7:00 p.m.~9:00 a.m.) 40000 won. All day will be 80000 won. Meanwhile, in the 2nd floor came Cheonho library, which united infant care and a library. Cheonho library, busy for its preparation to open, has facilities such as main reference room, children reference room, infant care room, book café, cultural class rooms, and so on. Gangdong-gu will hold various cultural programs for reading and infant care. Lee Hae-Shik, the Head Chief of Gangdong-gu said "Because of the construction of Cheonho 3-dong parking lot and Cheonho library, we could fulfill the needs for a solution on lack of parking spaces in the community and a need for cultural facilities." He also added, " We will continue propelling various policies focused on the enhancement of residents." |
