Come to the Gangdong Art Center and enjoy the romantic fall!
- Everyone can play piano at the Anemone Garden in the Gandong Art Center till Sep 29th
- Aerial silk performance will be held at noon on Sep 23rd, which is inspired by the animation “Up”


The district office of Gangdong-gu is holding an outdoor event for families to enjoy a romantic fall season. The event comprises various programs including “Piano runs” which provides chances to play piano at the garden concert hall in the Gangdong Art Center for whoever wants to and “Children! Fly high” that is the aerial silk performance.

Local residents are invited to a small but fantastic concert at the Anemone Garden covered with green grass and filled with warm autumn sunshine. Everyone can play piano like a street musician there from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. everyday till September 29th.

The program “Piano runs” is that everyone is given a chance to show his or her musical talent with a piano donated by a local family and renovated by a local artist. The program started from 2013 and is getting greater public attention as it has been held in various places in Seoul like Dongdaemoon Design Plaza(DDP), Children’s Grand Park, Dream Forest and even expanded to other cities including Busan, Incheon and Jeju.

At the same place, the aerial silk performance “Children! Fly high” will be also held at noon on September 23rd. An aerial silk performance is a type of aerial acrobatic show using silk, ropes and straps.

The Ninano Movement, the artist group renowned for its fusion performance based on modern dance, will conduct the performance which is inspired by the animation “Up”. The performance will offer the audience a great experience of watching various artistic movement in the air using balloons.
