Subject How to enjoy the Autumn romance in Gangdong Art Center

Gangdong-gu (Mayor Lee Hae Shik) prepared an 'outdoor event' that famillies could enjoy together
during the romantic season of fall. Gangdong Art Center, a local culture and arts venue, operates an open-air yard event , where anyone can play the piano freely, and , an aerial performance utilizing silk.

There is a small stage prepared for the local residents in the 'Wind Flower Field' where green grass is spread out under the warm autumn sunlight. Everyone here is free to play the piano like a street artist. It will be open from 9 am to 8 pm until Friday, February 29.

is a project to donate pianos that are not used at home or public facilities by redesigning them through the artist's hands, and then installing them in a public place so that passers-by can play and appreciate it. Since its launch in 2013, it has gained a great response as it has been operating in Busan, Incheon, and Jeju Island, including Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul, Children's Grand Park and North Dream Forest in Seoul.

On Saturday, 23rd, at 12 pm, the aerial silk performance will be shown at the Gangdong Art Center Wind Flower Field. Aerial Silk is a kind of aerial art that is a circus genre that shows movement in the air using various strings of straps, silks, ropes and other materials.

The show will showcase various performances based on contemporary dance, and the Ninano Movement will performvarious movements under the balloons floating in the sky with animated films as a motive and offer new attractions and pleasures to the audience.
