Gangdong-gu(head-Lee Hae Sik) arranged the special learning program for children and adolescents for August vacation. There are Amsa remains summer vacation program, leisure canu classes and the Gangdong family Han river green tour. Gangdong-gu officer said, “We arranged the special learning program for children and adolescents to enjoy various experiences during summer vacation. We hope you to spend instructive and valuable time enjoying these programs during hot summer.” Also, Seoul held 2017 Hangang Summer Festival (Hangangmongttang(한강몽땅), 21 July ~ 20 August, 2017) this year. Just as the slogan “Hangang the Vacation Spot” implies, Hangang served as Korean ancestors’ summer vacation spot for thousands of years. This year, the Hangang Summer Festival brings you one of the best vacation spots in the heart of Seoul. Enjoying the cool riverside wind day and night, come to the Festival with your beloved ones and choose from about 80 programs classified into three themes: Staying Cool at Hangang(water sports and diverse challenges), Staying Touched at Hangang(performances and films) and Staying Together at Hangang(ecological experience, camping and resting).
