Gangdong-Gu(이해식, head of a gu) runs <강동 학부모 돌보미단 (Gangdong school parent help organization)>, which is formed by school parents who are elementary, middle school students’ parents, this July 26 to listen to various voices of school and education field of village and to reflect a policy. Gangdong-Gu carries forward various educational work. And as an example of this, there are Local experience activities, contact in business with village and school, Gangdong school, Youth psychological/ emotion counseling, career experience business, and etc. <강동 학부모 돌보미단 (Gangdong school parent help organization)> is going to monitor and advance an opinion about various innovative education projects and educational support projects’ field which Gangdong-gu promotes, and going to do various activities for solving this society’s educational problems. Also, they can cultivate their ability through school parent consultant, etc, and to add, they can offer various experiences that can’t be learned at school while participating in village education program and Edu corps. Gu announced that they are going to appoint their members by opening general meeting of <강동 학부모 돌보미단 (Gangdong school parent help organization)> this 26. Also in this general meeting, there is special lesson by 조만기, who is chief insturctor of Korean Council for University Education, and 김지연, who is a psychologist of Ewha Women’s University. And there will be ‘Sincerity Talk’ which chief of a Gu, parents, teachers, and school vice-commissioner gathers and discusses about the problem of present education system, living state and conditions of students, and the direction which Gangdong-gu has to go forward in educational part.
