Angel Workshop) There are ‘Angel Workshop’s where everyone who has talent and ideas can run their own business, without the fear of Gentrification which is being the great issue in the society, in Seong An street in Gangdong-gu. In 28, June, 5th and 6th Angel Workshops were newly opened. ‘Coffee Flask’, the 5th workshop teaches Barista and sells coffee, and ‘Morianto’, the 6th workshop sells flowers. Not only half the rent(for the first year) and remodeling fee but also various privileges are provided for workshop runners. Gangdong-gu planned to open five more workshops this year in order to support more young adults starting their businesses. Gangdong-gu,Dreams for Leather Fashion Zone In 3, July, Seoul Leather Fashion Start-up Support Center was founded. The center stimulates job creation for young adults by establishing cooperation platform and carries business in Special Economic District forward by local joint business through cooperation and solidarity. If one participates in running a business of Leather Fashion Cooperative Association related to Ministry of Employment and Labor, one can get free education from LFCA. The 2nd floor is group work room where leather craft is learned, the 3rd floor is an office area for meetings and idea conferences are carried out. In other words, it’s a place where one could carry out their dreams of running a business about leather fashion with the educational and infrastructural support.
