The opening ceremonies are meaningful in that they were prepared together with the youths who will be taking up residency. The ceremony will welcome the new residents by introducing the experiences of the young artists and the new startup ideas of the young entrepreneurs. The ceremonies will be held in full observance of the social distancing and disinfection/prevention measures regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

The houses for young entrepreneurs in Gangdong-gu is public rental housing that allows residents to live and work in the same area and is the result of cooperation between Gangdong-gu and the Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation.
