As the public and private sectors are making all-out efforts to prevent accidents and disasters at various industrial sites following the recent implementation of the "Critical Disaster Penalty Act," the Gangdong-gu Building Safety Center was designed to actively prevent accidents related to construction sites through professional safety education. The training, held at the district office's auditorium the previous day, was conducted for 100 building and housing construction officials currently under construction, and invited experts from the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Building Safety Advisory Group to explain the basic knowledge of construction site safety management and the main contents of the Disaster Punishment Act. A construction safety engineer, an expert in the field of construction, is expected to contribute to the reconsideration of safety awareness by informing site managers of major accidents and causes of construction sites based on expertise and various experiences. The former Construction Safety Center plans to continue to visit the site to guide and train construction workers to improve their awareness of on-site safety management and prevent accidents, and actively distribute foreign language versions of accident prevention promotional materials to prevent safety accidents.
