Subject Supporting alternative manpower to small social welfare facilities.

Gangdong-gu, Seoul, announced on the 8th that it will support alternative personnel in the event of a work gap due to education, vacation, congratulations, etc. in small social welfare facilities with less than 10 people. To this end, the district explained that it has signed an agreement with the Seoul Social Welfare Association, which has about 10,000 members of social workers.

The district explained that workers in social welfare facilities with less than 10 employees operated by small manpower were often unable to use vacations, education, and congratulations due to the burden of work gaps. In the event of a work gap due to vacation, the remaining workers had to endure the rapidly increasing workload.here are 93 small social welfare facilities in Gangdong-gu where alternative personnel can be supported, and a total of 403 workers are employed in these facilities. The district plans to support alternative personnel once per person within five days a year. Alternative manpower support is possible even if the sabbatical vacation system is used after more than three years of service at facilities in Gangdong-gu.

The application period is from this month to December, and applications for alternative personnel can be made on the website of the "Seoul Social Welfare Association Alternative Human Resources Support Project." You can apply between the 1st and 20th of the previous month of the month in which the holiday date belongs, and if the budget is exhausted, it may be terminated early.
