Subject Gangdong-gu publishes a "labor law guide" that is helpful to know at work.

It shows various cases that may be in the workplace and shows detailed explanations that reflect regional characteristics, such as easy-to-understand labor laws, which can be useful for both workers and employers.

Gangdong-gu (District Mayor Lee Jung-hun) has published a "Kind Labor Law Guide for Gangdong-gu Residents," which explains useful labor laws in an easy-to-understand manner.

This guide, consisting of a total of 190 pages, is a guideline that explains different labor law cases and information according to the age group, occupation, employment type, and working conditions of each resident based on regional statistical data.

It shows various cases that may occur at work and is designed to combine major labor law contents that can help both workers and business operators in the form of workbooks so that they can be used at workplaces.

In particular, it carefully guides tailored to the region by reflecting the characteristics of Gangdong-gu. For example, in the case of Myeongil-dong, where the youth population ratio is high, it contains detailed working conditions that underage workers should know and what employers should pay attention to.

In addition, QR codes that connect to related websites were inserted throughout the book to faithfully reflect the latest information, such as the establishment of new labor laws and changed systems, such as the issuance of wage statements.

Lee Jung-hun, head of Gangdong-gu District Office, said, "Workers and business owners should be able to respect each other and achieve their dreams of self-realization in the workplace, which is the center of their lives. I hope this labor law guide will be a reliable companion for the workplace."

Kind labor law guides for Gangdong-gu residents can be distributed at the Gangdong-gu Labor Rights Center or the nearby Dong Community Center, and can also be downloaded from the Gangdong-gu Office or the Labor Rights Center website.
