Gangdong-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Jung hun) announced on the 15th, September that it will fully support the Ansim Call(safety call) fee by the end of this year for about 4,800 small businesses that are obligated to fill out the visitor access list. According to the district, Ansim Call is a system that automatically registers the phone number and visit time of visitors to the facility by calling on their mobile phones with a phone number starting with 080 which is assigned to each facility. Information stored in the system is automatically discarded after 4 weeks. Since Ansim Call registers the visitors list with a single phone call, identification of visotors is more accurate than the manual list and it is effective in contract tacing of of COVID-19 confirmed patients and the contacts of the confirmed patients. In addition, Ansim Call is a convenient system for anyone, including digital vulnerable groups who have difficulty using electronic application with QR codes.. Targets for supports are 4,800 businesses including general and resting restaurants with less than 50㎡, bakeries with less than 50㎡, beauty salons and public bath in Gangdong-gu. Ansim Call grants each workplace a 080 unique number by text message and mail, and the workplace can attach the service guide poster with the 080 number given at the entrance of the workplace and the visitors register their phone numbers with that 080 number for free. Mayor Lee Jung hun said, "We expect that the full support of this Ansim Call will ease the burden of managing the visitors list and allow visitors to use the facility more safely. We will do our best to support quarantine management to protect the safety and health of residents from COVID-19." |
