Metabolic Syndrome Management

Metabolic syndrome refers to a health condition that includes abdominal obesity, the accumulation of fat surrounding the internal organs around the abdomen, and lifestyle-related risk factors such as high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and lipid abnormalities.

Target group

  • Adults over 20 years old

Detail

  • Basic questionnaire, 5 health check-ups (waist circumference, blood pressure, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, and fasting blood sugar), body composition measurement, individual health counseling (medicine, nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, stress, dementia, and oral health)
  • The health checkup conducted by the National Health Insurance Corporation includes a metabolic syndrome test. If you bring the results to the public health center, you can receive health counseling and the management of metabolic syndrome without a separate examination.

    ※ Fasting for at least 12 hours before the test is required
